This demands a bonding medium capable of micron-level penetration and dynamic deformation adaptability.

SINOHESIVE delivers invisible yet robust lamination solutions for a wide range of functional films—including waterproof/moisture-permeable membranes (PTFE/TPU), hot-melt adhesive films, electromagnetic shielding films, reflective films, and conductive films—and textile substrates such as woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, non-woven materials, and microfibers. Utilizing nano-level coating and low-temperature activation technologies, our PUR adhesives enable bonding without adhesive feel while maintaining fabric breathability, hand feel, and long-term functional durability.

An ultra-thin adhesive layer (0.02–0.1 mm) deeply penetrates fiber interstices, achieving peel strength > 6 N/cm and improving bending fatigue resistance by 200%—eliminating adhesive stiffening and fabric clumping.


Extreme Wash Resistance

Withstands 50 industrial wash cycles (ISO 6330) and immersion in 60°C soap solution; bond strength attenuation remains below 8% with no film delamination or leakage.


Industrial-Grade Safety and Sustainability

Zero solvent residue; complies with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class I for infant contact; VOC emissions < 5 μg/g (GB/T 18883).
