In the manufacturing of outdoor equipment and protective clothing, the lamination of waterproof and moisture-permeable fabrics must overcome three critical technical barriers: resistance to hydrostatic pressure, low-temperature brittleness, and friction-induced delamination. Traditional adhesives often clog micropores (compromising moisture permeability) or degrade upon water exposure (reducing protective performance). SINOHESIVE specializes in PUR (Polyurethane Reactive) molecular chain orientation technology, delivering durable and robust bonding for waterproof membranes such as GORE-TEX® and eVent® with high-density nylon fabrics—unifying protection and comfort without compromise.

Uncompromised Waterproofness & Breathability

A 0.02 mm ultra-thin adhesive layer precisely bridges microporous structures, achieving moisture permeability >8000 g/m²/24h (JIS L1099-B1) and hydrostatic pressure resistance >20 kPa (ISO 811), with post-lamination moisture permeability attenuation below 5%.


Extreme Environment Resistance

Withstands –40 °C ice-water impact without brittleness (MIL-STD-810G); maintains >95% bond retention after 240 hours of 85 °C steam aging; prevents hydrolysis and chalking.


Eco-Safety Certified

Bluesign® and OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT certified; compliant with REACH 191 restricted substances list; zero addition of PFOA/PFOS.
