Standard EVA hot melt adhesive is highly prone to softening and collapsing in summer heat or HVAC heating conditions, while conventional two-component potting adhesives (such as polyurethane or epoxy) suffer from extremely slow curing that drags down production capacity.

One adhesive, multiple uses: pleat separation and frame sealing. Suitable both for setting separator lines during fiberglass filter paper pleating and for structural potting of aluminum alloy, galvanized steel, or plastic frames, simplifying factory consumables management. For PTFE membrane separation bonding, a dedicated primer or process consultation is recommended.
