Automotive seat surface materials must maintain a smooth appearance, soft touch and reliable bond performance under repeated compression, abrasion, temperature changes and long-term vehicle use. Poor adhesive selection can lead to wrinkling, foam separation, surface lifting, hard bonding areas or reduced comfort.

SINOHESIVE® PUR hot melt adhesives are developed for automotive seat surface lamination, providing fast initial tack for efficient production and moisture-curing crosslinking for durable final bond strength. The solutions are suitable for genuine leather, PU leather, microfiber leather and textile fabrics laminated to foam, nonwoven or textile backing materials.

Soft Touch and Smooth Appearance

A uniform PUR adhesive layer helps preserve the original softness and comfort of leather, synthetic leather and fabric surfaces. It supports smooth lamination while reducing the risk of hard spots, adhesive bleed-through and uneven appearance.

High Bond Strength and Creep Resistance

PUR adhesives develop a crosslinked bond after moisture curing. This helps maintain stable lamination strength during repeated seating pressure and daily use, reducing the risk of delamination, bubbling and surface movement.

Low-Odor, Solvent-Free Technology

SINOHESIVE® PUR hot melt adhesives are 100% solids and solvent-free. They are suitable for automotive interior applications that require lower odor, cleaner processing and controlled VOC performance.
