High Initial Tack for Complex Shapes

Dashboard structures often include curved surfaces, corners, narrow edges and irregular contours. SINOHESIVE® PUR adhesives develop strong initial tack after activation, helping wrapping materials quickly attach to the substrate and remain in position during pressing.

Heat and Temperature-Cycling Resistance

After moisture curing, PUR adhesives form a durable crosslinked bond layer with strong adhesion, heat stability and flexibility. This supports reliable dashboard performance under solar heat exposure, cold conditions and repeated temperature changes.

Suitable for Automated Wrapping Processes
