Automotive floor mats, trunk boards and acoustic insulation components are exposed to vibration, friction, humidity and frequent temperature changes during vehicle use. Inadequate bonding may result in felt separation, insulation material displacement, edge lifting, blistering or long-term delamination.

SINOHESIVE® PUR hot melt adhesives are designed for automotive floor mat lamination, trunk-board felt bonding and acoustic insulation component assembly. The moisture-curing PUR system provides fast initial tack for efficient positioning, followed by durable crosslinking for stable bonding performance.

Vibration and Abrasion Resistance

The cured PUR adhesive layer combines bonding strength with flexibility. It helps maintain stable lamination under vehicle vibration, component movement and long-term friction, reducing the risk of separation and material displacement.

Moisture Resistance for Interior Components

Automotive floor and trunk-area components may be exposed to moisture, water vapor and dirt. PUR adhesives support stable bonding in these applications and are suitable for floor mats, trunk-board felt and multi-layer acoustic insulation structures.

Low-Odor, Solvent-Free Technology
