Engineered for heavy-duty use, the cross-linked thermoset bond easily withstands over 50 industrial wash cycles (ISO 6330) and prolonged immersion in 60°C soap solutions. The bond strength attenuation remains below 8%, ensuring zero film leakage or peeling.

Features superior dynamic deformation adaptability. The highly elastic PUR layer improves the composite material's bending fatigue resistance by 200%, making it ideal for flexible wearables and outdoor gear subjected to constant movement.

5. Broad Functional Film Compatibility

Flawlessly laminates a vast array of high-tech materials, including waterproof/moisture-permeable membranes (PTFE/TPU), EMI shielding films, reflective films, conductive films, and hot-melt adhesive films to woven, knitted, and non-woven substrates.

Key Process Description

1. Low-Temperature Activation

The PUR hot melt adhesive is heated to its precise operational temperature, maintaining excellent flowability while protecting heat-sensitive functional films (like ultra-thin TPU or PTFE) from thermal degradation.

2. Micron-Level Full Coating

Applied via advanced slot-die or roller coating systems to create a continuous, flawless 0.02–0.1 mm film. This nano-level coating ensures 100% surface coverage without clogging the fabric's breathable structure.

3. Dynamic Lamination

The coated film and textile substrate are pressed together under controlled tension and speed. The adhesive provides high initial tack, instantly securing the layers and preventing wrinkling or misalignment.

4. Irreversible Moisture Curing

The adhesive reacts with ambient moisture over 24–72 hours, forming an irreversible 3D cross-linked network. Once fully cured, the bond cannot be remelted, guaranteeing long-term environmental stability.
