Key Process Description
1. Heating & Melting
The PUR adhesive is heated to the recommended operating temperature to obtain stable flowability for precise coating on interior decorative materials and automotive substrates.

It is applied as a thin and consistent adhesive layer by roller coating or slot-die systems, ensuring even wetting on leather, fabric, foam, PP, ABS, and composite panels without glue marks or surface defects.
3. Lamination & Wrapping
The coated decorative layer is laminated or wrapped onto the target substrate under controlled pressure and line speed, creating fast initial tack and secure positioning for automated automotive production lines.
4. Moisture-Curing Crosslinking
After lamination, the adhesive reacts with ambient moisture to form a durable 3D cross-linked thermoset structure. Once fully cured, the bond cannot be re-melted, providing long-lasting heat resistance, humidity resistance, and vibration durability.
