SINOHESIVE general-purpose solvent-free laminating adhesive is designed for film-to-film lamination in flexible packaging applications.It is suitable for common plastic laminate structures such as OPP/LDPE, PET/LDPE, and Nylon/CPP, as well as structures involving aluminum foil, metallized films, and thicker films, including Al/LDPE, Al/CPP, VM-PET/LDPE, VM-PET/CPP, and PET/thick PE.The product consists of Part A and Part B and is typically applied using a two-component adhesive supply system combined with a multi-roll transfer coating process, supporting high-speed flexible packaging lamination.

Low VOC & Environmentally Responsible

The product uses a solvent-free system and forms a transparent, odorless adhesive layer after lamination and curing.According to technical data, the adhesive shows no primary aromatic amine migration and meets applicable FDA requirements for adhesives, making it suitable for flexible packaging projects where package odor, hygiene, food safety, and regulatory compliance are important considerations.Specific compliance should be confirmed according to the packaged contents, final laminate structure, and regulations applicable in the target market.

Suitable for General Flexible Packaging Lamination

The adhesive is suitable for laminating common transparent or printed plastic films and can also be used in structures such as aluminum foil/LDPE.It supports multilayer flexible packaging for food, personal care and household products, pharmaceutical packaging, and other general packaging applications.

Good Bonding Performance on Non-Polar Films

The adhesive provides good bonding performance on corona-treated non-polar substrates such as LDPE and CPP.For substrates such as LDPE, LLDPE, CPP, and metallized CPP, a surface tension above 38 dynes/cm is recommended for lamination.

Suitable for Metallized Films and Rigid Film Structures

The adhesive is suitable for metallized structures such as OPP/VM-CPP and PET/VM-CPP, as well as inner-layer lamination structures including Al/LDPE, Al/CPP, VM-PET/LDPE, and VM-PET/CPP.It supports a wide range of multilayer flexible packaging structures.

Supports High-Speed Lamination and Fast Curing

The adhesive is suitable for high-speed lamination and fast curing processes.At 40°C, the mixed adhesive provides a pot life of approximately 30–40 minutes in the adhesive tray.After lamination, the material can typically be slit after approximately 8–12 hours and processed into bags after approximately 18–24 hours.Actual processing times should be verified according to the laminate structure and production conditions.

Suitable for 100°C Boiling-Water Sterilization

After curing, the adhesive layer is transparent, odorless, flexible, and resistant to aging.It is suitable for packaging subjected to boiling-water sterilization at approximately 100°C.Actual heat resistance should be fully validated according to the laminate structure, packaged contents, sterilization time, and end-use requirements.
