Key Process Description

1. Precise Heating & Melting

The PUR adhesive is melted to the precise operational temperature, transforming into a highly flowable state optimized for delicate textile application without degrading heat-sensitive synthetic fibers.

2. Micro-Dot / Slot-Die Application

Applied via advanced micro-dot or slot-die coating systems. This allows for an ultra-thin, continuous adhesive layer that guarantees breathability while avoiding adhesive penetration on delicate lace or mesh.

3. Low-Tension Lamination

The fabrics are combined under controlled, low-tension pressure to prevent stretching or distortion of highly elastic intimate apparel materials during the initial bonding phase.

4. Moisture-Curing Action

The adhesive reacts with ambient moisture over 1–5 days, completing its irreversible thermoset cross-linking process to lock in extreme durability against daily wear and tear.
