2. Ultra-Thin Coating & Soft Hand Feel

Features a nano-level coating thickness of only 3–8 μm (compared to 20 μm+ for traditional coatings). It ensures a fabric drape retention of >90% with no plastic-like stiffness, preserving the original skin-friendly texture.

3. Outstanding Durability & Flex Resistance

Employs molecular-level cross-linking to create a resilient barrier. It withstands 100,000 bending fatigue cycles without cracking and maintains a hardness retention of >95%, preventing post-wash performance degradation.

4. Wide Substrate Compatibility

Perfectly bonds with high-density nylon, polyester Oxford fabric, microfiber suede, cotton-blended canvas, and aramid flame-retardant fabric, as well as breathable microporous membranes (PTFE/TPU) and anti-fouling additives.

5. High Ecological Safety

100% non-fluorinated system with zero PFOA/PFOS. Certified by Bluesign® and OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT, featuring a biodegradation rate of >62% (OECD 301B) and ultra-low VOC emissions.

Key Process Description

1. Heating & Melting

The PUR adhesive is heated to the recommended temperature and transformed into a fluid state for precise application.

2. Nano-Level Coating

Applied as an ultra-thin, consistent 3–8 μm film via roller coating or slot-die systems onto the fabric or functional membrane.

3. Lamination & Pressing

The coated layer is combined with the target textile under controlled pressure and line speed to achieve uniform wetting and immediate initial tack.

4. Moisture Curing

The adhesive reacts with ambient moisture over time to form a 3D cross-linked thermoset structure, locking in long-lasting water repellency and structural stability.
