Key Process Description
1. Adhesive Mixing & Preparation
SINOHESIVE® RT1311 and RT1316N are used as a two-component PUR adhesive system. The components are mixed according to the required ratio before lamination and prepared for continuous coating through a solvent-free laminating system.
2. Uniform Coating Application
The mixed adhesive is applied evenly by a multi-roll transfer coating process to form a thin and consistent adhesive layer, helping ensure stable wetting and reliable bonding between the flexible substrates.
3. Film-to-Film Lamination
After coating, the target substrates are laminated together under controlled pressure and line conditions. The system is suitable for high-speed solvent-free lamination production and supports fast positioning during processing.
4. Bond Development & Curing
After lamination, the adhesive continues to build durable bond strength and develops an elastic, aging-resistant bond line. It is suitable for packaging structures that require stable performance after curing and resistance to 100°C boiling conditions.
