2. Excellent Suitability for High-Barrier Structures

It is highly suitable for high-barrier laminated structures such as PET/AL, Nylon/AL, OPP/AL, PET/VM-PET, BOPP/VM-PET, Paper/Aluminum Foil, and PET/Paper. It supports reliable lamination performance in premium flexible packaging that requires both barrier protection and stable bonding quality.

3. Outstanding Appearance & Aluminum Foil Compatibility

MC2901A / B performs especially well on aluminum foil and metallized film structures. It helps improve finished-laminate appearance and effectively reduces common defects such as white spots, gray spots, and adhesive penetration through aluminum foil pinholes.

4. Strong Bonding & High Initial Tack

The adhesive system provides high initial tack similar to dry bond laminating adhesives, helping achieve fast positioning between film layers. It also supports excellent final bonding strength and reliable resistance to boiling-water conditions in demanding packaging applications.

5. Safe for Hygiene-Sensitive Packaging

The formulation contains no primary aromatic amine migration and is designed to meet strict hygiene and safety requirements for food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, and other high-value packaging applications.

1. Adhesive Preparation

SINOHESIVE® MC2901A / B is used as a two-component solvent-free PUR adhesive system for flexible packaging lamination. It is prepared according to the required process conditions before coating.

2. Uniform Coating Application

The adhesive is applied evenly onto the target film, foil, or paper surface to form a thin and consistent bonding layer. This helps ensure stable wetting, clean coating appearance, and reliable layer integration.

3. Film-to-Film Lamination

After coating, the target substrates are laminated together under controlled pressure and line conditions. The high initial tack helps the layers achieve fast positioning and smooth lamination during continuous production.

4. Bond Development

After lamination, the adhesive system continues to build durable bonding strength, supporting high-barrier performance, stable package structure, and reliable finished-package quality.
