The adhesive consists of Part A and Part B and can be processed with automatic mixing equipment using either static or dynamic mixing methods.It provides reliable support for membrane winding, adhesive application, and structural bonding during residential RO filter element manufacturing.

Extended Working Time

The adhesive provides a pot life of approximately 60 minutes at 25°C, allowing sufficient working time for adhesive application, membrane winding, alignment, and pressing.Actual working time may vary depending on adhesive temperature, mixing consistency, application amount, and ambient conditions.

Stable Mixing and Dispensing Performance

After mixing, the adhesive has a viscosity of approximately 20,000 mPa·s at 25°C, making it suitable for automatic mixing systems using static or dynamic mixing.Part A and Part B can be mixed at A = 1:1 by volume or A = 1:1.1 by weight.For manual mixing, degassing is recommended before application, and the adhesive should be used within the specified pot life.

Helps Reduce Tunneling Risk

The adhesive provides good compatibility with most RO membrane sheets.When combined with appropriate mixing, dispensing, winding, and pressing conditions, it can help reduce tunneling during membrane winding.Final performance should be verified using the actual membrane material and filter element structure.

Suitable for Subsequent Processing After Curing

The adhesive can proceed to the next processing stage after approximately 3 hours of curing at 50°C or about 8 hours at room temperature.Because two-component polyurethane adhesives do not provide high initial tack, appropriate pressure should be applied after adhesive application to ensure sufficient filling and contact at the bonding interface.
