The Advantages of Our Breathable Fabric PUR Adhesive
1. Uncompromised Moisture Permeability
Engineered with advanced molecular chain orientation technology, our PUR adhesive prevents micropore clogging. It achieves an exceptional moisture permeability of >8000 g/m²/24h (JIS L1099-B1) with a post-lamination attenuation rate of less than 5%, ensuring maximum breathability.
2. Ultra-Thin & Precision Coating
Forms a precise 0.02 mm ultra-thin adhesive layer that perfectly bridges microporous structures. This delivers robust bonding strength for waterproof membranes without adding stiffness or compromising the fabric's natural drape.
3. Extreme Weather & Aging Resistance
Built for severe environments, the cured adhesive withstands –40°C ice-water impact without brittleness (MIL-STD-810G). It also prevents hydrolysis and chalking, maintaining >95% bond retention even after 240 hours of 85°C steam aging.
4. Broad Substrate Compatibility
Provides excellent adhesion to high-density nylon (20D–500D), polyester Oxford fabric, aramid fiber, and microfiber coral fleece. It flawlessly laminates premium waterproof layers including PTFE microporous membranes (e.g., GORE-TEX®, eVent®), TPU films, and PVDF/PU coatings.
5. High Ecological Safety
100% compliant with the REACH 191 restricted substances list with zero PFOA/PFOS addition. Certified by Bluesign® and OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT, ensuring maximum safety for consumer apparel.

Key Process Description
1. Heating & Melting
The PUR adhesive is heated to the recommended operational temperature, transforming into a highly flowable state optimized for thin-film or micro-dot application.
2. Micro-Dot / Slot-Die Coating
Applied precisely as a 0.02 mm layer using micro-dot roller coating or slot-die systems. This specialized application method preserves the fabric's breathable micropores while ensuring consistent coverage.
3. Low-Tension Lamination
The coated membrane is combined with the textile under controlled pressure and speed, achieving uniform wetting and immediate initial tack while preventing membrane distortion.
4. Moisture-Curing Action
The adhesive reacts with ambient moisture to form a durable, 3D cross-linked thermoset structure that resists delamination from friction, hydrostatic pressure, or repeated industrial washing.
Benefits in Outdoor & Protective Equipment
Premium Outdoor Apparel
Ideal for laminating high-end jackets and sportswear where the balance between heavy-duty weather protection (>20 kPa hydrostatic pressure, ISO 811) and wearer comfort is critical.
Extreme Environment Gear
Delivers reliable performance in military, mountaineering, and extreme-weather protective clothing, easily meeting MIL-STD-810G low-temperature requirements.
Long-Term Structural Integrity
Completely eliminates the risk of hydrolysis and chalking typical of traditional EVA or solvent-based glues upon extended water exposure.

FAQ
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a direct manufacturer with extensive R&D capabilities, allowing us to provide stable quality control and rapid technical support for complex fabric lamination lines.
Will the PUR adhesive clog the micropores of PTFE or TPU membranes?
No. Using a precise 0.02 mm ultra-thin coating and advanced molecular technology, our adhesive preserves the microporous structure, restricting post-lamination moisture permeability attenuation to less than 5%.
What fabrics and films are compatible with this adhesive?
It perfectly bonds waterproof/breathable layers like PTFE, TPU, and PVDF with a wide range of fabrics including high-density nylon (20D–500D), polyester Oxford, aramid fiber, and microfiber fleece.
How does the adhesive perform in extreme cold or high humidity?
It is built for extremes. It withstands –40°C without becoming brittle (MIL-STD-810G) and maintains >95% bond retention even after 240 hours of 85°C steam aging, resisting hydrolysis and chalking.
What information should I provide for a quotation?
Please share your specific fabric and membrane types, machine model (e.g., micro-dot roller), required moisture permeability/hydrostatic testing standards, and estimated volume.
Do you provide TDS, SDS, and technical application support?
Yes, we provide comprehensive TDS, SDS, and technical support to help optimize your coating weight and machine settings for maximum breathability.
