Key Process Description

1. Heating & Preparation

SINOHESIVE® RD1608 is heated to the recommended operating temperature to obtain stable flowability for film lamination processing.

2. Uniform Adhesive Application

The adhesive is applied evenly onto the film or graphic substrate to form a thin and consistent bonding layer, helping ensure stable wetting and clean surface appearance.

3. Film Lamination

After coating, the lamination film and target substrate are combined under controlled pressure and processing conditions to achieve smooth integration and reliable bonding quality.
